Your Opinion




                  When I read “The Right to Your Opinion” I just thought on how it talks about everyone being able to say anything and everything without anything holding them back.So I thought to myself  if that is true why can’t or why doesn’t everyone say their opinion if they have nothing to lose. Something that also had me thinking is where he says “Learning your rights can also mean discovering that you do not really have the rights you think you do” (Jamie Whyte paragraph 3).  He says what mostly everyone knows, the more you know the less you have and I mean the more things you see and realize the more you figure out you’re not really as free as they say you are. My question is, do you think you are entitled to your own opinion?

CUE THEME MUSIC

        I think the central message of the book is, Gatsby trying to re-live a memory or a feeling that's already dead for the other person. "Money won't buy you loyalty nor friends," is a big thing that happens in this book as it shows how Gatsby had may friends, lots of wealth, but at the end he rested alone with only 2 people whom mourned his death.
