The Medium is the Message

         

     The way I choose my channel of communication is through texting. Through texted because I use my phone everyday and it’s a faster way to reach out to someone else. Maybe it’s not the safest way because there is hardly any privacy, but it’s just something in some of our daily lifestyles we can not change.

        I think the central message of the book is, Gatsby trying to re-live a memory or a feeling that's already dead for the other person. "Money won't buy you loyalty nor friends," is a big thing that happens in this book as it shows how Gatsby had may friends, lots of wealth, but at the end he rested alone with only 2 people whom mourned his death.
