Gatsby felt married to Daisy, that made it hard for him to get away

3 Big questions that gathered my attention:        - "why are girls dress code more stricter than boys, for example girls get made to change when showing shoulders but boys can be in rally's shirtless and get told nothing" - Gladys             - "How will our actions about our ecosystem today influence the future" - Guadalupe      

Notes~ Gatsby was so nervous to be face to face with Daisy  Author keeps pointing out the rain to set the mood of having tea and a both side nervous situation  Gatsby bought his house in hope that it would help impress Daisy    Thoughts~            Why wait 5yrs to come face to face again  I wonder if Gatsby always waited till dark to see Daisy’s green like light on her dock

I just read ch. 3 of The Great Gatsby and here's what I gathered from the chapter.       1. The rumors about Gatsby are that he killed a man and that he's German spy. I think Gatsby is a mysterious person because he's a wealthy and an important man.      2. Nick calls the man in Gatsby library, because Nick asks to see Gatsby to thank him for the invitation.      3. Nick initially has mixed feelings and thoughts about Gatsby, an middle- aged white man with rosy face      4. Nick finds our that Jordan is dishonest      5. Gatsby and Nick plan to go the hydroplane.
